2008 New Year's Resolution

Happy New Year~ New Year, New Beginning.

What is your 2008 New Year's Resolution? It takes time to form it and you need to endorse it 21 days. That is Teacher Steve's suggestion.

Here is my 2008 New Year's Resolution:

1. Improve Health from Diet and Exercise. I have gained weight during 2007. Don't eat food after 8:00PM and exercise more. I bought an indoor exercise bicycle in 2007. I was too lazy to ride it last year. I need to change it this year.

2. Be kind to others with truly love. I often do things obligated without sincerity. Sometimes I am very serious. Love is the most important factor. Without love, we just like a workman.

3. Better management for stress and time. Be a happy woman.

4. Keep learning English by listening to Advance and join GiveMe10 and Friday night.

5. Do good things and say good words every day.

May I fulfill my resolution this year. Add Gas~
